My Handyman is EPA Certified

My Handyman of Lower Bucks County received their EPA certification to perform lead safe Renovation, Repair and Painting (RPP) projects in homes, child care facilities, and schools built before 1978 must be certified and must follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination.

Effective April 22, 2010, anyone performing work for pay must be certified. This includes specialty contractors who may disturb lead paint, from demolition to replacement windows, remodeling and basic home maintenance like scraping and painting a front porch or basement stairs. In addition to contractors, this rule will affect homeowners, tenants, realtors, property management firms, condo associations, etc.
